Locking Cockspur handles are available as follows:
White available in 9mm or 22mm backset, left or right handed.
Silver (Grey) available in 9mm backset, left or right handed.
Simply remove the screw cover, unscrew the old handle and replace.
If your backset is anything other than 22mm or 9mm then let us know and we can supply a wedge enabling a 22mm backset to fit
